Dianna Moulden

Dianna grew up in Ancaster and spent her high school years running track and cross country. It was in high school where she became intrigued with sports injuries and working with athletes. After completing her physiotherapy degree at McMaster University in 2010, she worked in Varsity athletics at McMaster, for the next 6 years. During that time she completed her Diploma of Advanced Manual and Manipulative Therapy to become a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy (FCAMPT). In addition, she completed training in Integrated Dry Needling.
Using these skills, Dianna joined the Canadian Bobsled team on the road for 6 seasons ending with 2 bronze medals at the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing, China. In between winter seasons, Dianna has worked closely with MLB, NHL, CFL, MLS and NBA athletes supporting their training and rehabilitation in the off seasons. Recently Dianna completed a Masters of Sport and Exercise Medicine at Western University, obtaining a Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy and became a Registered International Sport Physical Therapist.
When not at Grindstone Physiotherapy, Dianna is working with the Canadian Track Cycling Team supporting them internationally at competition and locally at the velodrome in Milton and will accompany them to the upcoming Summer Olympics in Paris.
